Mary is my absolute go-to person for oils! She is incredibly knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions—I could honestly spend the whole day learning about their products. She recommended Prickly Pear, and it turned out to be an absolutely amazing find. Aroma Tierra is truly a haven for anyone who loves high-quality oils. They even have books that I enjoy reading while I’m there, which makes the experience even more special. Their packaging is beautiful, informative, and thoughtfully done, and the quality of the oils is simply outstanding. Highly recommended!

One small suggestion: I sometimes find it hard to see the oil names on the labels, so I wish they had printed stickers on the tops of the bottles, or offered separate label stickers that customers can purchase.

I am very impressed! The quality is premium. Loved the different aromas the have got in the store. Bought few items to test them out but I will certainly go back to buy other items like the body oils and shampoo to try them as well. I have noticed the coconut butter too which i am considering of buying as well. The staff there is very helpful and got god knowledge to share and educate. Highly recommended to all. ❤✨️

If essential oils is what you are looking for, there is no room to competition in UAE standing against Aroma Tiera. Absolutely authentic, decent collection.

Please people do not look for cheap essential oils. Those are not essential oils. Its a compound of a fraction of essential oil mixed with dpg or fractionated coconut oil or Jojoba oil. Its just smells something similar, but its not essential oil.

I only wish they had more branches to visit as its location for a person using public transport is very awkward.

They have all kinds of oil, unlike other places they don't dilute their oil, all of it is pure, but my favorite part, is actually their costumer service, while other oil shops treat me with disrespect NATASHA was absolutely the sweetest, she was also very knowledgeable about the oils, she give me recommendations for more oils with similar scents and explained the ingredients to me.

I haven’t even visited the store yet they have fully exceeded all expectations. Extremely high quality products in beautiful, top-grade glass bottles. The customer support is out of this world, even mentioning a random fact specific to my situation, although I didn't ask, which I highly appreciate! It’s clear the staff are very-well trained individuals. I can’t wait to actually visit the store one day. Highly recommend.
